PROJECT 3

This project is a striking example of a full-home renovation, where outdated interiors and worn finishes were reimagined into a bright, modern living space. The transformation focused on enhancing flow, light, and functionality across every room.

The design language throughout embraces soft neutrals, clean lines, and high-spec finishes. An open-plan kitchen and dining area now anchors the home, featuring matte cabinetry, integrated appliances, and warm wooden textures that bring balance and warmth. The staircase was redefined as a feature element — sleek and minimal, it introduces architectural depth to the entrance area.

Bathrooms were fully refitted with large-format tiles, streamlined fixtures, and a muted monochrome palette, while the overall layout was opened up to introduce a sense of spaciousness and connection across levels.

Outside, a dated rear façade gave way to a fresh extension, large bi-fold doors, and landscaped paving — seamlessly blending indoor comfort with outdoor living.
